Delete your account and data

How to request deletion

1. Write to support@orbitastudio.app with the subject "Delete Joria account".
2. Send the message from the account's email address. If you can't, tell us the account's address: we will ask you to confirm the request from that mailbox.
3. We confirm the deletion by email within 30 days of the request.

You can do this even if Joria is no longer installed. For an account used by a minor, the parent or guardian who owns the account can make the request.

What we delete

• The account: email address and identifier.
• All synced data: activities, notes, to-dos, goals, habits, completions, Trash and time zone.
• Technical sync data and any parent or guardian confirmation.

The provider's technical backups are overwritten in its normal rotation cycles. We keep only the correspondence about the request, for at most 12 months, to show that it was handled.

What stays under your control

The agenda stored on your devices and the files you exported are not on our servers: you can delete them yourself, in the app or by uninstalling Joria.

Delete only your data

To keep the account but erase the synced data, write to the same address with the subject "Delete Joria data". We will erase the synced content within 30 days and the account will stay active.

Come chiedere l’eliminazione

1. Scrivi a support@orbitastudio.app con oggetto “Elimina account Joria”.
2. Invia il messaggio dall’indirizzo email dell’account. Se non puoi farlo, indica l’indirizzo dell’account: ti chiederemo di confermare la richiesta da quella casella.
3. Ti confermiamo via email l’avvenuta eliminazione, entro 30 giorni dalla richiesta.

Puoi chiederlo anche se non hai più Joria installata. Per un account usato da un minore, la richiesta può farla il genitore o tutore a cui l’account è intestato.

Cosa eliminiamo

• L’account: indirizzo email e identificativo.
• Tutti i dati sincronizzati: attività, note, cose da fare, obiettivi, abitudini, completamenti, Cestino e fuso orario.
• I dati tecnici di sincronizzazione e l’eventuale conferma del genitore o tutore.

Le copie di sicurezza tecniche del fornitore vengono sovrascritte nei suoi normali cicli di rotazione. Conserviamo soltanto la corrispondenza sulla richiesta, al massimo per 12 mesi, per dimostrare di averla gestita.

Cosa resta sotto il tuo controllo

L’agenda salvata sui tuoi dispositivi e i file che hai esportato non sono sui nostri server: puoi eliminarli tu, dall’app o disinstallando Joria.

Eliminare solo i dati

Se vuoi mantenere l’account ma cancellare i dati sincronizzati, scrivi allo stesso indirizzo con oggetto “Elimina dati Joria”. Elimineremo i contenuti sincronizzati entro 30 giorni e l’account resterà attivo.
